Bayside cycling HQ, Cafe Velocino, has been undergoing a transformation recently. Cafe manager, Louis’s vision for a re-invigorated kitchen saw his masterpiece come to life on the weekend. His wood-fired pizza oven came to life. In a show of support, local cyclists and friends were on hand to sample the oven’s offerings as they emerged. It was a tough job but somebody had to do it!
